How to Charge Correctly

Charge with USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge both the earbuds and charging case together.

• Charging Case:

Charging in Progress: The digital display number increases from 1-100

Fully Charged: The digital display number reads 100 all the time.

• Earbuds:

Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth

Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.

Charging case charges the earbuds without connecting to a power source

• Charging Case:

Charging in Progress: Digital display number from 100 to decrease

Charging Complete: Digital display number disappears

• Earbuds:

Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth

Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.

• If you don’t see red light on the earbuds, please use alcohol to wipe both earbuds’ charging ports and the charging case’s charging pins. Ensure the pins between the earbuds and the charging case are connected securely.

Power on:

Method 1: Remove the two earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on and connect with each other automatically

Method 2: When the earbuds are powered off, touch both earbud buttons for 3 seconds. (The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn blue for 1 second).

 

 

Power off:

Method 1: Put the two earbuds back into the charging case.(The earbuds’ indicator lights will turn red)

Method 2:When the 2 earbuds are powered on, touch both earbud buttons for 5 seconds.(The indicator lights on both earbuds will flash red for 3 times).

1.When there has a call coming, please touch the earbud button to receive the call, not receive the call by touching phone, otherwise the call will go through the phone, not earbuds.

2.If the call is received by phone, you can choose the “audio” of the call page to change the call way.

3.After the call received successfully, if you think the volume is low, you can add up the volume by earbuds’ function or phone.

• Q: How do i Adjust the Volume ? the volume is a little low ?

A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone.

First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Touch Once R Earbud.

Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Touch Once R Earbud, then Add up the Volume by Your phone.

Because iPhone and Android are different system protocol, so the operation is different.

• Q:Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?

A: Once you have paired the earbuds with a device before, they will connect automatically with that device the next time you use them. You must unpair the bluetooth model “A16” from the last device.then to pair the earbuds with your PC or other new device, make sure you have turned off or “forgotten” the Bluetooth model “A16”from your phone or original devices.

• Q:How can i use only one earbud with my phone?

A:Forget the original pairing model “A16 ” from your phone.

B:Put both earbuds in the charging case,press then down.The indicator lights will turn red. This shows that the earbuds are being charged. Charge them fully to use.

C:Remove only one earbud from the charging case.Its indicator light will flash red and blue.

D.Open the bluetooth of your phone, search and click the model “A16”, then single earbud will connect with your phone successfully.
